In Pregnancy Yoga classes, Romy emphasizes the inner knowledge of the Mother and the shared experience of the mother and baby. Through Khalsa Way Pre-Natal Yoga, Mothers learn to live more calmly, purosefully, efficently and gracefully. They prepare for the challenges of Birth and mothering. They are reminded that as mothers they know how to grow and birth their babies. As the mother deepens her breath, she deepens connection to her baby and to her inner resourcefulness!
